Passing Clouds follows a day in the life of Mintu, a young man from a small town trying to find a job among other things. What begins as a bright and ordinary morning suddenly shifts when a gust of rain prompts flashes of an unknown past.

By the end of the day, we get to know a little bit more about Mintu.
